Orville W. Louton, Jr., age 62, passed away in Forrest Manor Nursing Center on Thursday, July 21, 2016.

Orville "Windoyle" Louton, Jr. was born on June 18, 1954 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He was the son of Mary Ruth (Lumpkin/Miller) Louton and Orville Windoyle Louton, Sr. He was the second to the eldest child in his family.

Windoyle graduated from Magnet Cove High School in Malvern, Arkansas in 1973. In 1974, he moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to be closer to his mother. He attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College and earned his Associates Degree in 1976.
Windoyle was a Born-Again Believer who spent his entire life seeking God.

Survivors are his brother, David Louton of Bartlesville; sister, Glenda Brown also of Bartlesville; father and step-mother, Orville Windoyle Louton, Sr. and Hazel Louton of Malvern, Arkansas; step-father, John Walcott Miller of Bartlesville; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins in various states.

Windoyle was preceded in death by his older sister, Sandra Lee Moody of Independence, Kansas; and his mother, Mary Ruth Miller of Bartlesville.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 26, at 10:00 AM at White Rose Cemetery.
