Kristen Dawn Fout, 48, resident of Bartlesville, died at 6:03 AM, Sunday in Bartlesville.

Graveside Services for Mrs. Fout will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the White Rose Cemetery in Bartlesville by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Kristen was born February 2, 1969 at Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Johnny Edward and Sharon Joy (Wry) Fout. She received her education in Bartlesville Public Schools. She was a dedicated mother to her children and grandchildren and wife to her husband Billy Joe Parnell. She had worked in the food service business for several years, and then later for her father Johnny at Johnny’s Bait Shop in Bartlesville. She enjoyed watching cooking shows, and spending time with her husband and family.

Kristen is survived by her husband, Billy Joe Parnell of the home, by two daughters; Kelly Nicole Tatum and husband Buddy Reagan, and Brittany Parnell and Tyler Stewart, and by a brother Gregory John Fout of Bartlesville and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Joy Fout in 2012, and by a son Michael Parnell and a daughter Melissa Parnell.
