Anita Wingo, 74, of Ramona, Oklahoma, died Monday, February 8, 2021.

Anita was born February 28, 1946, in Blackpool, England, to parents Oren Elbert and Ann (Taylor) Shelby. She graduated from Dumas High School in Dumas, Texas. She married Gary Clifton Wingo on October 23, 1965. The couple spent many wonderful years together. She loved collecting purses, jewelry, and shopping on QVC. She also loved the Dallas Cowboys and her cat Gus!

Anita was preceded in death by her parents, and her infant sister.

She is survived by her husband, Gary, of the home; daughter Tawnya Hanigan and husband Rick; son Travis Wingo and wife Jennifer and grandchildren Riley Allen, Shelby Allen, Hayden Wingo, Dalton Diaz and Lynnden Diaz.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10am at the 1st Baptist Church of Ramona.
