Wilbur Ray Wilkinson, 76, of rural Ochelata, died Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016 at his home.

Funeral services for Mr. Wilkinson will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the First Baptist Church in Ramona with Pastor Kevin Baker officiating. Full military rites will be accorded at the graveside by the James H. Teel American Legion Post # 105 and interment in the Ramona Cemetery will be under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

A memorial fund has been established and those who wish may send their contributions to the Journey Home, 3406 S.E. Kentucky, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 74006.

Mr. Wilkinson was born at Ramona, Oklahoma on August 10, 1940 the son of Orlando Elihue Wilkinson and Annie Katherine (Olson) Wilkinson. He grew up and received his education in the Ramona area and then served with the United States Army from 1963 until 1965 serving in Korea. Following his Honorable Discharge, he returned to this area where he was active as a bricklayer and carpenter in the construction industry. He loved woodworking and restoring old cars.

Mr. Wilkinson is survived by four brothers, his twin brother, William R. Wilkinson and wife Rosie of Bartlesville, Ed Wilkinson of Ramona, Curtis Wilkinson and wife Carolyn of Bartlesville and Clarence Wilkinson and wife, Marcilee of Bartlesville, three sisters, Mary A. Wilkinson of Ochelata, Irene Tayrien and husband Charlie of Bartlesville and Bessie Rayborn of Bartlesville, a number of nieces and nephews and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Orlando and Annie K. Wilkinson, a brother in infancy, John Wilkinson and one sister, Clara Mae Calvert and her husband, Joe.
