Bartlesville - James "Bill" W. Kelly passed away on August 31, 2021, in Bartlesville at the age of 81. He resided in Ogelsby.


He was born to Harold Eugene Kelly and Marie Freeman Kelly in Caney, Kansas, on April 24, 1940. James graduated from Caney High School and later went on to become a contract plumber. He owned a Roto-Rooter franchise for well over 50 years in the Bartlesville area.
 

On September 5, 1958, James married the love of his life, Donna Jean Adams-Kelly. In his free time, James enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking, but more than anything, he loved spending time with his family.


James is preceded in death by his father Harold Kelly, his mother Marie Freeman Kelly, his three brothers: Loren, Benjamin, and Patrick Kelly, and his son James Kelly.
 

He is survived by his wife Donna Kelly, his son Gary Kelly and daughter-in-law Pam Kelly of Stillwater, his son Dan Kelly and daughter-in-law Diane Kelly of Oglesby, His sister Connie Buster of Bartlesville, his sister Kerry McIntosh of Ochelata, and brother John Kelly of Tulsa. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.


A graveside service was held Saturday, September 4, 2021, at 10 am at the Oglesby Cemetery.
