Nancy Sue Tobias, 78, of Bartlesville, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Jane Phillips Medical Center.

Funeral services for Nancy will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, November 19, 2018 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Woodward officiating. The service will be directed by Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Nancy was born April 3, 1940 in Sullivan County, MO to Kenneth Benjamin Yardley and Helen Ruth Yardley, along with her twin sister, Patricia. She had an older sister, Gloria. Nancy married Marvin H. Tobias on October 30, 1959. Nancy and Marvin had 3 daughters, Tana, Teresa and Tracy. Nancy worked as a secretary at Phillips Petroleum and the Department of Energy. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and ability to talk to anyone. She enjoyed playing guitar and singing for her family. Whenever she was unable to do that anymore, Nancy enjoyed using her iPad to listen to music, read as many books as she wanted, and reconnect with people on Facebook. Nancy loved all the dogs that passed through her life but especially her chihuahua, Batty.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin, her parents, Kenneth and Helen Yardley, and her older sister, Gloria DeJong.

She is survived by her daughters, Tana, Teresa and Tracy, all of Bartlesville, and her sister Patricia (Mrs. John) Riley of Milo, IA.
