Betty June Thornbrugh, 93, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, died Friday, November 08, 2019 at The Journey Home.

Betty was born June 14, 1926 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to parents Goldie Ruth (Hymer) and Orville R. Lynch. She attended College High School where she went through the 11th grade. She married William A. “Bill” Thornbrugh on August 1, 1945. She worked as a CMA nurse for Heritage Villa, where she retired in 1988. Betty was a member of the Bible Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William and one sister Nada Packard.

Betty is survived by her daughters Sharon and husband Daniel Carr and Nancy and husband Darrell Williams; sons Gary Thornbrugh and wife Linda and Marty Thornbrugh and wife Julie; brothers Alvin Lynch of Bartlesville and O.C. “Curt” Lynch of Portland, Oregon, 10 grandkids, 12 great-grand kids, and one great-great-grandchild.

A Funeral service will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, November 13th at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Donations be made to The Journey Home at 900 Washington Blvd. Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.
