Donald Lee "Don" Stephenson, 82, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed away on January 12, 2018 in Tulsa. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Thursday, January 18, 2018 at New Haven United Methodist Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Informal graveside service will be held later at Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Mr. Stephenson was born February 12, 1935 in Warrensburg Missouri. He worked in Bartlesville at Phillips Petroleum in the engineering department from 1955 until retiring in 1988. He was a private aviator earlier in life and also enjoyed shooting archery with his friends and family. After retirement he enjoyed motorcycling and helping his wife with gardening and county extension work.

He was preceded in death by parents Aubrey Stephenson and Claudine Clark and sister Minnie Tipton.

Survivors include wife of 66 years Adessa, son Mark and wife Lynda, and grandson Alex and wife Shelly and great grandchildren Jade and Jaxon.
