Mr. William Dean Rosko went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at his home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma surrounded by his loved ones.

Bill was born on August 20, 1936 to Charles Stanley Rosko and Juanita (Brodrick) Rosko in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He was a graduate of College High School class in 1955 and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern State University where he played football and baseball throughtout these years. He was employed with Phillips Petroleum Company for 34 years.
Bill was active in coaching youth baseball, softball and football for many years. A member of Eastern Heights Baptist church where he developed many life-long friends and where his devotion of faith exemplified a life well lived.
On February 24, 1958, Bill married the love of his life and best friend Shirley J. Thompson. He is survived by his wife, Shirley of the home, son, Bill Dean Rosko of Norman, Oklahoma and spouse (Melissa), daughter, Dayna Rachelle Warren and spouse (Paul) of Coppell, Texas. Grandchildren, Courtney Brianne Conrady and spouse (Covin) of Edmond, Oklahoma; William Blake Warren of Coppell Texas; William Keeton Rosko and Victoria Anne Rosko of Oklahom City, Oklahoma. Two great-grandchildren Cason Grey Conrady and Collins Bryan Conrady. One Sister, Barbara Ann Jacobson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and many nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, and best friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Bob Rosko.
Bill was an avid OU football fan and attended most games and later in life never missed a televised OU game. He enjoyed sports, fishing, hunting, the YMCA and his drives to the lakes. He was a loving husband, Dad/Daddy, Grandpa/ Grandpa Bill. He was known for his happy smile, big hugs, a strong handshake, his great cooking, and a friend for life but most of all a God fearing man.
In his memory: Viewing will be held Thursday, August 19, and August 20 from 8:00 a. m. until 4:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Home home located at 1600 SE Washington Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Family Visitation will be held Friday, August 20, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 21, at 11:00 a.m. at Eastern Heights Baptist Church, 1331 SE Swan Drive, Batlesville, Oklahoma. Residing Pastor Lonnie Hoelscher. Final burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetary, Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
