(permission granted)

Danny Walter Pullins, 61, of Bartlesville, died Tuesday, December 25, 2018, in Bartlesville.

Danny was born the son of John Edward and Darlene Marie (McLain) Pullins on April 16, 1957, in Blythe, California. The family later moved to Mesa, Arizona, where he received his education. He joined his friends in their family business as a house painter. Over the years he painted both interior and exterior projects for commercial and residential use. Danny was forced to retire due to his health, and in 2014 he moved to Bartlesville to be closer to his family.

Danny was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching many different sports including drag racing, football and many others. He was a loyal fan whose favorite team was the Arizona Cardinals even though they haven’t performed well in recent years. He followed college football, keeping up with both OU and OSU. Danny enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and mowing the yard. Most of all, Danny appreciated spending time with his family and sharing his faith in Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior.

Danny is survived by his parents John and Darlene Marie Pullins; two brothers Johnie and wife Melisa Pullins of Canton, Texas, Randy and wife Pamela Pullins of Bartlesville; and sister Alyssa Diane Pullins of Bartlesville.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, from 11-1 at the Davis Family Funeral Home Dewey Chapel.

Graveside rites will be held for the immediate family in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel.
