On Monday September 3rd James (Tony) Anthony Parker, loving son, father, grandfather, & brother passed away at the age of 57.

Tony was born February 6, 1961 in Tulsa, Ok to Jimmy and Nettie Parker. He was a graduate of Col-HI in Bartlesville, Ok. He grew up in construction working for his father's company Bartlesville Ready Mix. He then held a superintendent position in construction where he traveled all over Oklahoma for over 30 years. Was currently employed with Cherokee Builders out of Tulsa, Ok. Tony had a passion for the outdoors. He loved to hand carve, shoot, and hunt with his traditional longbows, where won many awards at various competitions throughout Oklahoma. But more importantly teaching each of his grandchildren to shoot them. He enjoyed gardening and won various awards for this through the Washington County Fair. His love for Oklahoma Sooner's sports was undeniable and unavoidable for it was a family tradition and is passed down to this day. He enjoyed the sports of Nascar, where you could find him every Sunday in his recliner not missing a race. One of his most memorable job sites is when he oversaw foundation & asphalt work for the Nascar cars onramp at the Kansas motor speedway. Tony was known for his love for his grandchildren Kloie & Jax as well as his family. His kind compassionate spirit heart of gold, contagious smile, and the patience of a saint. He could always find the right words to say in any moment if it be a kind word, a calming one, or something to make you smile. He will be missed and remembered by so many as he laid his make on the world and our hearts.

Tony is preceded in death by his father Jimmy, his Grandfather & Grandmother Parker, and his Grandfather and Grandmother Grammar, and the late Rev. Jerry Grammar.

He is survived by his daughter Krystal Shook & son in law Michel and two grandchildren Kloie & Jax, of Caney, Ks, his recent wife Liz Jackson Parker of Bartlesville. His mother Nettie Parker of Bartlesville, a sister Shereen and John Ross of Claremore, Ok, and brother David Parker of Bartlesville, Ok and many nephews, great nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:00 am at Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville.
