Lucy (Villarreal) Marshall went home to be with "her Jesus" Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Wildwood Care Center in Tulsa, OK.

Lucy was born December 11, 1923 in Dewey, OK to Tomas and Josefa (Rodriguez) Villarreal. Lucy received her education in Dewey and Bartlesville graduating from Bartlesville College-High with the class of 1945. Lucy worked for South Western Bell Telephone before working and retiring from Phillips Petroleum Co. Lucy enjoyed antiquing and looking for unusual tea pots to add to her collection. In her later years Lucy enjoyed watching football on TV especially the Dallas Cowboys and playing games with her family.

Lucy is survived by one daughter, Elaine Gove and husband Thomas of Tulsa and a son- in-law, Jesse Boyd. She was blessed with three grandchildren, Traci L. Linnman of Blue Springs, MO, Hillary Elaine Gove of Tulsa and Scott Bayer Gove of Santa Barbara, CA, along with her great grandchildren, Reyndon Larimer and Rhyezin Larimer of Blue Springs, MO. Brothers; Armand Villarreal and wife Margaret of Bartlesville, Oscar Villarreal and wife Georgia of Dewey, Ray Villarreal and wife Blanche of Salina, OK, sisters; Ortencia Macheras of Winston-Salem, NC, Mary Brown of Columbus, IN, Rachel Antle and husband Don of Bartlesville and Armida Villarreal of Tulsa and god children; Susan Marie Gleason of Stillwater and David Gleason of Oklahoma City and a host of nieces and nephews.

Lucy was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Joe Marshall, daughter Gloria Ann Boyd, brothers; Gilbert Villarreal and wife Mary, Paul Villarreal and wife Janetta, Manda Hurtado and husband Mike, Aurora Heredia Barajas and husband Augustine, Tomasita Samaripa Heard and husbands Louis Samaripa and Carney Heard, Clara Bramlett and husband Bob, infant sons, Benito and Rodolfo along with brothers-in-law, James Macheras and Travis Brown.

The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 5-7 p.m. Monday, October 17th. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 18th in the Walker-Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Don Coleman officiating.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home. Online condolences for the family can be made at www.walkerbrownfuneralhome.com.
