Mary Kay Marshall
January 2, 1953 - December 4, 2025

Mary Kay Marshall, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, was welcomed into the loving embrace of her Lord on December 4, 2025. She was born in Vinita, Oklahoma on January 2, 1953 to Cecil E. Parsons and Norma J. (Berry) Parsons.

Mary Kay received her education in the Bartlesville schools, graduating from Sooner High School in 1972. A dedicated worker from an early age, she held a number of positions at various area businesses. She retired as a much-loved office manager for the Bartlesville Regional United Way in 2017, after 20 years of service there.

Mary Kay was married to George F. Marshall on September 29, 1973 at her childhood home in Bartlesville and became a selfless and devoted mother to her two sons, Brian and Kevin. She was a loving sister to her two younger brothers, Dale and Roger. She happily demonstrated these qualities to her grandchildren, whom she loved very deeply. She was a woman of unquestionable strength, character and compassion, who will be missed by all who knew her.

Besides all of the people that Mary Kay loved, she also loved baseball, particularly the Texas Rangers and dogs, particularly dachshunds. It's appropriate to mention her deceased dachshunds "Sadie" and a special tribute to "Peaches". She leaves behind a cherished "Ellie".

Mary Kay was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Jean Parsons. She is survived by her brother Roger Parsons and wife Trina of Broken Arrow, OK; brother Dale Parsons; son Kevin Marshall; son Brian Marshall of Skiatook, OK; daughter Nicole Marshall; grandson Brad Marshall and wife Rachel; grandson Brandon Marshall and wife Shelby; grandson Gavin Marshall; granddaughters Lexi Swindell, Emma Marshall and Gentry Marshall; great-grandkids Lilly, Easton, Emily, Langston and Baylor. She is also survived by her aunt Rosetta Wayman of Vinita, OK and a number of cousins.
