Keith Norman Holt, 91, of Bartlesville, died Saturday, December 16, 2017.

Keith was born on December 11, 1926 in Atlanta, Kansas to parents Curtis Kenneth and Maggie Faye (Billiter) Holt. Keith was raised and educated in Atlanta and attended business college at Chillicothe, Missouri. He studied accounting and came to Bartlesville in 1948. He began employment at Phillips as an accountant in the accounting department. He worked there for 37 years before retiring in 1985.

Keith served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII for two years.

Keith was married to Betty Galena Lewis on May 19, 1950 in Bartlesville at the 1st Baptist Church. The two made their home and raised their family in Bartlesville.

Keith is survived by his daughter Mrs. Sandra Croley and husband Paul of Tulsa; son Mike Holt and wife Carmen of Bonita Springs, Florida; grandchildren Sarah Spears and husband Brandon of San Antonio, Texas and Rachel Croley of Tulsa; two great grandchildren Breeze Ziegler of Tulsa and Warner Spears of San Antonio, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, two sister in laws and four brother in laws.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Betty G. Holt, his sisters Freda Mae Grade and Nelda Meyer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Oklahoma Baptist Home for Children in Owasso,
