Genevieve Freeman passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the age of 95. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.

Genevieve Nevada Freeman was born July 30, 1922 in Bartlesville to Gilbert Lee and Mettie (Nelson) Morgan. She married Kenneth Freeman in 1943 at Pawnee, OK. Genevieve was a loving, caring, mother and housewife who was very family oriented.

Genevieve is survived by two daughters: Carol Croffut and husband Riley of Ramona, Connie Witte and husband Kevin of Ochelata. Three sons: David Freeman and wife Shirley of Ochelata, Danny Freeman and wife Phyllis of Okesa and Donald Freeman of Bartlesville. One sister, Dorothy Postrack of Bartlesville and brother, Phillip Morgan of Festus, MO. She was blessed with 17 grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 70 years, Kenneth Freeman, twin brother, Lester Morgan, brother, Arthur Morgan, sister, Mae Mary Fisher, one grandson and one granddaughter.
