Eva Juanita Brown, best known as Juanita, 83, of Bartlesville, passed away on December 9, 2017 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville.

Mrs. Brown was born on July 28, 1934, in Wann, Oklahoma to Frisbee Tart and Anna Lydia (Templeton) Johnson. She received her education in Bartlesville and graduated from College High School in 1953. She married Rex Duane Brown on March 21, 1952. The couple made their home in Bartlesville ever since.
She was a beloved member of her family and very close to her three daughters. She loved clothes and was a wonderful seamstress.

She is survived by her daughters: Debra Alford and husband Gary, Sherri Logsdon and her husband Phil, and Lisa Maye; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex D. Brown; sisters Bonnie Peters and Ruby Hayes; brothers Ralph Johnson, Jerry Linville, and Robert Johnson; and her parents Anna Lydia and Frisbee Tart Johnson.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 14 at 1:00 PM at the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel in Bartlesville.

Burial will follow at the Memorial Park Cemetery of Bartlesville.

In lieu of flowers, friends and loved ones may make memorial contributions to the East Cross United Methodist Church of Bartlesville.
