Hazel Amanda Smithson, 103, of Dewey died Tuesday in Dewey.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Dewey First Church of God, 222 S Osage Ave., Dewey, OK 74029, or to the Bartlesville Church of God, 317 S. Comanche Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74003.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015, at Dewey First Church of God, with Pastor Danny Workman officiating. Interment will follow in the Dewey, Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday till 8pm and Friday 9 am-12 noon. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home.
