Donald "Skip" James Toney passed away January 30, 2020 in Bogota, Colombia, surrounded by family. He was born January 4, 1958 in Wichita, Kansas.

Skip cherished spending quality time with family and friends. He was a hard-working, easy-going, and fun-loving man who is missed dearly. He loved God, his country, and enjoyed watching football, fishing and bowling.

He is survived by his mother, Gloria Toney-Garner; loving wife, Maria Ivonne Vargas Toney; 2 daughters, Chrystal Toney Staples (Kent), Tawnya Toney Crider, 1 son, James Eugene Toney (Tania); and 4 grandchildren, Jordan, Bradley, Kayla and Joel. He is also survived by his sister, Cynthia Toney Oawster (Nat), and brother, Rick Toney (Susie), and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Eugene Toney.
