Bobby (Bob/Harvey/Sylvester) Ray Stamps went to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 22, 2025. He was at home, and surrounded by his family.

Bobby was born on September 20, 1935 in Bartlesville Oklahoma to Claude and Mable (Farley) Stamps.

He went to school and lived his whole life in the Bartlesville area, and he graduated from Bartlesville High School in 1952. He met the love of his life, Clarice Faye Anderson, at the roller skating rink, and they later married in Pawhuska Oklahoma. Bob and Faye raised their 3 children on the Tyler-Irwin Farms, in Ochelata, where Bob was ranch foreman until his passing. He also enjoyed being an Operator at Phillips Petroleum Research Center for 26 years.

He loved the outdoors, where he spent most of his time raising cattle, mowing, and picking up sticks. His other hobbies included travel with family, bowling, watching black and white westerns, going out to eat, working crossword puzzles, and playing with his grand kids and great grandkids. Bob was know for his love of the outdoors and his dry sense of humor.

Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Mable, his father, Claude, and his oldest daughter Vicki Rae (Stamps) Jesseph.

He is survived by his wife, Clarice Faye, his son John Michael(Lynn) Stamps of Nowata, his daughter Sherri (Gary) Davidson of Dewey, son-in-law Larry Jesseph, his 10 grandchildren and their spouses; Travis (Rachel) Jardot, Hollie Hiser, Shauna (Rob)Parrish, Darcie Jardot, Erin (Mike) Rainey, Emily (Caleb) Case, Bobby (Danel) Stamps, Casey (Kristie) Jardot, Laura (Mathew) Kent, and Daniell (Kyle) Schmitt. Bob is also survived by his 24 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at the Dewey Cemetery.
