Mark Duane Jordan passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at The Journey Home in Bartlesville at 70 years of age.

Mark was born on August 20, 1949 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma to Ernest Duane Jordan and Thelma Vaye Key Jordan. Mark graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1967 and later attended Okmulgee Tech graduating with a certificate in electronics. He worked as a Journeyman Printer, Electronic Technician and Machinist. He retired from Schlumberger in 2014.

Mark was an avid fisherman and loved to wrap his own fishing rods. He shared his knowledge of fishing with family and friends. He loved crappie fishing at Copan and Hulah lakes and supplied the fish for countless family fish fries. Mark enjoyed many fishing trips to Toledo Bend Reservoir on the Texas/Louisiana border with his fishing buddy, Carl Key, his uncle.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Thelma Jordan.

Mark is survived by his sister Malia Jordan of Oklahoma City and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to The Journey Home, 900 NE Washington Boulevard, Bartlesville, OK 74006.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, at the Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel, 918-534-3030, 113 S. Osage (Hwy. 75), Dewey.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to The Journey Home, 900 NE Washington Boulevard, Bartlesville, OK 74006.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at the Dewey Cemetery with Pastor Michael Svitak officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel.
