Bradley Gene Johnson, age 65 and long-time resident of Washington County, passed away on November 9, 2018 at The Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Brad was born on July 6, 1953 in Bartlesville. He was the son of Lawson Thompson "LT" Johnson and Bethene Joy (Edens) Johnson. He received all his formal education in Copan, graduating with the Copan High School Sr. Class of 1971. He married Kathe Knight on December 17, 1976 and they were married for 33 years. On October 22, 1992 Brad and Kathe welcomed Reba into the world and for 10 years they were able to enjoy time with her, "The Light of their Lives".

Brad worked for Schlumberger in Bartlesville in the machine shop and later in shipping and receiving. He retired in 2009 after many years of loyal service. Brad was a member of the "Oldies but Goodies" Car Club and was the proud owner of a 1953 Chevy Bel Air. He enjoyed sharing stories at Copan Truck Stop. He was an avid fan of Reba McIntire, George Strait, Dale Earnhardt, the Dallas Cowboys, OU Football, and riding his motorcycle for fun and for Toy Runs.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, LT and Bethene Johnson; and his daughter Reba "Lady Bug" Katy Brooke Johnson.

He is survived by his brother, Brian Johnson of Copan; a sister, Judy Hawn of Copan; several nephews, and many longtime friends.

Come and go visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 13, from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home, 710 S. Dewey Ave. Bartlesville, OK

Services for Brad will be held on Wednesday, November 14, at 2:00 PM at the First Church of God, 222 S. Osage Ave., Dewey, OK.

Interment will follow the service in the Dewey Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
