Perry Gene & Violet DeLois (Qualls) Bias

Violet DeLois Bias, born June 17, 1934 went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday October 24 2008.

She was born in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma to Raymond and Lillian Qualls.
She married Perry Gene Bias in Muskogee, Oklahoma September 15, 1953 residing in Okay, Oklahoma most of their life. Violet was an active member and teacher at Okay Christian Fellowship Church for the past 50 years and obtained an associates degree at Connors University at the age of 62.

Violet was preceded in death by her husband Perry and parents Raymond and Lillian Qualls.

Violet and Perry are survived by two children, Shirley Jean Reeder of Okay, having one child, Erica Jean Reeder of Okay. Linda Kay Gibbs and husband Roger of Okay, having one child, Kimberly Dawn Kindell and husband Paul of Muskogee.

Her surviving siblings are: Hazel Hall of Broken Arrow, Ray Qualls of Dallas, Texas; Vivian Ketcher and husband Don of Luther, Oklahoma; Judy Anderson of Broken Arrow; and Virgil Qualls and wife Sandy of Las Vegas, Nevada. Brother-in-law; Tommy Bias and wife Jean of Muskogee, Oklahoma. As well as many nieces and nephews.
 

Pallbearers include: Tim Anderson, Mike Stevenson, Robert Page, Brian Bias, Ricky Bias, Jake Anderson, Paul Kindell and Roger Gibbs.
 
Services will be held Tuesday October 28, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. At Okay Christian Fellowship with graveside services to follow.

Funeral Service arrangements are under the direction of Shipman’s Muskogee Cremation and Funeral Service, 1325 N. York Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma.
