Honorary casket bearers were Larry Coffey, Don Haley, Don Jones, Lon White, Bob Tinker, Rick Harris, Herb Bowman and Rocky Turman.

Julia was born August 18, 1945 in Sperry, OK to Ralph D. and Irene Maxine (Stroud) Romine. She passed away July 27, 2011 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 65.

Julia, known by many as Judy, worked for Webco Industries for 21 years before retiring in 2009. At the time of her retirement she was serving as the Facilities Manager in the Engineering and Maintenance Department. She loved Webco so much that just after 5 months of retirement she decided to come back. Upon her return to Webco in 2010, she worked at the Kellyville location for a little over a year and then recently moved to become an Administrative Assistant for Webco’s new plant in Sand Springs. Judy will be remembered by her Webco family as a person that always got the job done regardless of what lengths she had to go to, to do it. She was loyal to members of management and took great pride in serving people in any capacity. Judy planned parties and meetings, coordinated dinners, washed cars, picked up visitors from the airport – at which some requested that Judy pick them up. She threw baby showers and wedding showers, baked brownies for birthdays, cooked turkey and dressing for Thanksgiving and always had a hug for everyone! This is just a short list of the many, many things she did to take care of all of us at Webco. She will be deeply missed by all of her Webco family. Judy enjoyed going fishing, gaming, traveling, attending family gatherings, and watching Steelers football.

She is survived by her husband, Tony of the home; son, Todd Diaz of Tulsa; sisters, Lorene Rider of Turley, and Wilma Chambers and husband Doug of Claremore; brothers, Bob Romine and wife Carolyn of Broken Arrow, David Joe Romine of Skiatook, and Tommy Romine and wife Tracey of Catoosa; aunt, Shirley Romine of Dallas, TX; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Irene Romine; and brothers, Edward “Ed” Romine and James “Jim” Romine.
