Ann Chambers Malone
February 21, 1946 - January 20, 2025

Ann Chambers Malone, age 78, died Monday, January 20th, in Norman, Oklahoma after a long illness.

Ann was born February 21, 1946 to Donald Smith "Don" Chambers and Artia Nichols Chambers of Skiatook. She graduated from Skiatook High School and attended Oklahoma State University where she met the love of her life - Martin Malone III. Ann and Marty married on June 19, 1969 and traveled the country together before settling down in Tulsa. In 1978, they were blessed with the birth of their son, Nicholas Duncan Malone, followed five years later by the birth of their daughter, Claire Juliana Malone.

Ann spent the next forty years caring for her husband and raising their children. She adored her grandchildren, was a passionate democrat, avid reader, quilter, gardener, and a lover of roses.

Ann is survived by her son Nick (Cora) of Carmel, California and daughter Claire Bindel (Johnathan) of Norman as well as her seven beautiful grandchildren: Fiona Malone, Jeffrey Malone, Alexander Martin Malone, Rory Malone, Darcy Bindel, Harper Bindel and Wilder Martin Bindel. She is also survived by her extended family, including five wonderful nephews: Paul Chambers of Tempe, Arizona, Christian Malone of Orlando, Florida, Zach Malone of Tulsa, Drew Malone of Orlando, Florida, Ron Manes of Norfolk, Virginia; and her in-laws: Wanda Chambers of Tulsa, Sydney St. Clair of Tulsa, Mary Hogan of Tulsa, Geoff VanNostrand of Fort Mohave, Arizona, Kelly and Betty Malone of Orlando, Florida.

Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband Martin Malone III, her faithful cat Miss Kitty, and her brothers Kay Don, Tom and Larry Chambers.

Services will be held at Peter-Stumpff Funeral Home in Skiatook at 3:00pm on Monday, January 27th followed by a brief graveside service.
