Helen Robbins

Helen Robbins, 84, of Guymon passed away Friday, December 23, 2022 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
The daughter of George Lee and Florence Lucille (Wiemers) Gray, Helen Marie Gray was born March 8, 1938 in Bandera, Texas. She was raised in Bandera and graduated from Bandera High School as Valedictorian of the Class of 1956.
Helen and Wesley Arlen Robbins were united in marriage on July 15, 1961 at the Methodist Church in Divine, Texas. In addition to being a devoted homemaker, Helen worked alongside her husband in the family ag consulting business, Sharp Shooters. She also devoted many years doing administrative work to support senior citizens.
Helen was an active, 53 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, serving in many positions throughout her life including past Grand Ruth. The Robbins' had moved to Guymon from Burlington, CO in 1997. She was a member of the Victory Memorial Methodist Church and past member of the UMW.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Robbins on February 27, 2017. She was also preceded in death by her parents and an infant sister, Ethel Ann Gray.
Survivors include one daughter, Dr. Sharon Robbins of Guymon; three sons: Guy Robbins and wife, Stacie of Hugoton, KS, Mark Robbins and wife, Terri of Cedar Park, TX, and Bill Robbins and wife, Sarah of Abbyville, KS; nine grandchildren: Jänna Lee, BreAnne, Makinze, Taylor, Tyler, Cameron, Kaeli, Tab Wes and Weston; two great grandchildren: Eli Wesley and Kye Matthew; one sister, Carolyn Sue Graff of Hondo, TX; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday evening, December 30th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon, December 31st at 2:00 p.m. at the Victory Memorial Methodist Church in Guymon with Rev. David Player officiating. Interment will follow at the Elmhurst Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Helen’s name can be made to St. Jude. Memorials will be accepted at the Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, PO Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942. Friends can sign the online guest book and leave condolences at www.bunchroberts.com
