Hazel "Kaye" Horn

Hazel "Kaye" Horn, 71, of Duncan died Friday, May 9, 2003, in Duncan.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Marlow with Ron Stough officiating. Burial will be in Marlow Cemetery.

Hazel "Kaye" was born July 6, 1931, in Marlow, to Henry Cecil and Lula York Hanks. She attended Oak Grove and Marlow schools.

She married Carroll Horn in 1954 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and he preceded her in death on May 9, 1999. Mrs. Horn had lived in Duncan since 1988. She was a homemaker and was retired from Texas Instruments in Dallas after 20 years. She enjoyed traveling, loved music, family gatherings, decorating and flower arrangements. She was meticulous with her yard and home. She always sent cards to everyone and used stickers as her trademark.

Survivors include two sons, Darrell Fulton and Carroll Max Horn, both of Dallas; three daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and John Rose of Fort Worth, Texas, Cathy and Dave Fish of Garland, Texas, and Carolyn Sue and Berry Byrd of Duncan; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Bennie Ruth "Billie" Page and Josephine and Kenneth Shaw, all of Duncan; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a son, a grandson, and a Brother, Henry Curtis "Buck" Hanks.

Bearers will be Lance McCubbin, Cody McCubbin, Michael Dillman, Duane Page, Michael Fulton and David Fish.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
