Zachary Taylor Butts, 4, of Comanche died Thursday, May 23, 2002, in University Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Praise Assembly of God Church in Comanche. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Bailes-Polk Funeral Home of Duncan.

He was born March 28, 1998, in Duncan to John William and Cindy Davis Butts.

Survivors include his father, John Butts, and a brother, Jonathan Butts, both of the home; two great-grandmothers, Helen Butts of Florida and Margaret Sheets of Iowa Park, Texas; a grandfather, Ronnie Davis, of Iowa Park; a grandmother, Becky Davis, of Iowa Park; and several aunts and uncles.
