Clifdeen Albert Fowler, 73, of Ardmore died Saturday, May 18, 2002, in Ardmore.

There was a private family burial today in the Duncan City Cemetery. Burial was under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.

Mr. Fowler was born June 5, 1928, in Duncan to Clifton D. and Violet M. Dobb Fowler.

He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Fowler was an oil field worker until his retirement.

Survivors include two step-brothers, Jerry Fowler of Marlow and Randle Fowler of Sadler, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
