Tahlequah, OK ~ Graveside services for Sheila G. James will be held at 11:00 am Saturday September 15, 2012 at the Stevenson Cemetery near Gore, Oklahoma with Bro. Jesse F. Butler and Bro. Joe Pigeon officiating.
Sheila James was born December 28, 1969 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Jessie and Artie James. She departed this life on September 1, 2012 in Decatur, Alabama after a brief illness, at the age of 42 years, 8 months and 4 days.
She was self employed and in her spare time she loved to paint and draw. She was preceded in death by her father Jessie James (1997) and a niece Shelly James (1977).
She leaves behind a daughter Cassandra of the home, a son David of Sallisaw; her mother Artie James of Tahlequah; two sisters Rubie Butler and husband Jesse of Tahlequah and Linda Gomez and husband Joey of Gladwater, TX; and three brothers Jerry James and wife Rita of Stilwell, Larry James of Stilwell and John James and wife Barbara of Gore. Several nieces and nephews, one aunt, many cousins and some friends also survive her. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside services for Sheila James will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday September 15, 2012, at Stevensons Cemetery in the Gum Springs Community, near Gore, OK.
Sheila James, 42, passed away after a brief illness on September 1, 2012 in Decatur, Alabama.

She leaves behind a daughter, Cassandra James of the home, a son, David Allen of Sallisaw, OK, her mother, Artie James of Tahlequah, OK, 2 sisters, Rubie (Jesse) Bulter of Tahlequah, OK, Linda (Joey) Gomez of Gladewater, Texas, and 3 brothers, Jerry (Rita) James of Stilwell, OK, Larry James also of Stilwell, OK, and John (Barbara) James of Gore, OK and many nieces and nephews.
