Sheila Ann Sequichie was born October 16, 1963 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Mary Ann (Grass) James.  She was married to Richard Ray Sequichie in July 1981 in Vian.  Mrs. Sequichie passed this life on April 3, 2017 in Vian, Oklahoma at the age of 53.


She leaves to mourn her passing:

Husband: Richard Sequichie of the home

1 daughter and son in law: Leandra "Udi" and Trent Fields of Vian, OK

2 grandchildren:  Stryker-Ed Robert Fields and Scarlett-Ann Slade Fields of Vian, OK

2 sisters: Leila James of Vian, OK and Natasha Harbin and husband, Winston of Oklahoma City, OK

2 brothers:  Tommy "Blue" James and wife, Lorraine of Vian, OK and Arotonka James of Vian, OK

3 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 great niece, and several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends

Special friends: Terri Cox, Joyce Gilbreath, and Kim Davis and many others

She was preceded in death by her mom, Mary Ann James; 1 brother, Brett "Butch" James; grandparents, Ed and Lillie Grass; and cousin, Rebecca "Ejog" Grass

Graveside service will be Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 10:30 am at Redbird Smith Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.


Viewing will be Wednesday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home.  The family will greet from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.

Active Pallbearers are Richard Sequichie, Steve Morris, Larry Webber, Bill Webber, Joe Smith, Lyndon Smith and Uriah Grass.
