Beulah Star Casey Magness

Shawnee resident Beulah Star Casey Magness left this world to join her heavenly Father Monday, April 14, 2008. She was a woman of very strong faith and she lived her faith everyday. Bea was born in Lead Hill, Ark., Feb. 15, 1916, to George and Susie Casey.
She married Sam S. Magness Dec. 22, 1934. They raised three children, Jo Ann, Charles and Sammye Sue. They moved to Midwest City in 1952. Bea lived in Midwest City until February 2002 when she moved to Shawnee to be close to her family. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Bea was such a loving, kind, gentle and caring person and so full of wisdom. She faced many adversities in her life and overcame them with such grace. Bea loved her family and in return they loved her so very much.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; two children, Jo Ann and Charley; grandson, Gabe Magness; and grandson-in-law, Rick Sehon.
Bea leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Sammye Sue and Oliver Benton; son-in-law, Max Jalufka; daughter-in-law, Darla Magness; grandchildren, Shay Lynn Sehon, Angela and Chris Duggan and Holly and Trevor Robertson; great-grandchildren, Casey Jo, Chas and Cydney, Zack and Sarah, Jake, Eden, Ryan and Avery; great-great-grandchildren, Aubrey and Natalie; and other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the Advantage Mid-Del Chapel (formerly Paylor Funeral Home).
Service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the Liberty Baptist Church in Shawnee. Burial will be at the Vamoosa Cemetery in Vamoosa, Okla.
Service under the direction of Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, Mid~Del Chapel, Midwest City.
