Ronald Dean Perry
February 14, 1939 - January 16, 2012
Ronald Dean Perry of Talala, passed away Monday, January 16, 2012 in Collinsville. He was 72. Ronald was born February 14, 1939 in Cass City, MI to Ralph and Marion (Bullock) Perry. He married Arlone Clink on September 29, 1962 and together they raised 5 children.
Ronald worked for many years as a carpenter and even owned his own business, Perry Construction. His hobbies included cabinetry, woodworking, and working on old tractors. Ronald had lived in the Talala area for the last ten years. He was a member of the Full Gospel Christian Center in Watova. He will be missed by many.
Ronald is survived by his wife Arlone Perry of the home; 5 children, Kathy Patterson of Talala, Betty Smith and husband Steve of Cass City, MI, Keith Perry of Talala, Melissa Kantorowicz of Tulsa, and Kevin Perry and wife Laura of Talala; 2 brothers, Jim Perry and Richard Perry; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; a host of extended family and friends. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and his niece, Kay Ellen Perry.
In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to Full Gospel Christian Center, P.O. Box 205, Nowata, OK 74048.
Visitation: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 20, 2012 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joe Goodin officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Talala. Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
