Victor Oren Stroup was born June 24, 1909 at Pawnee, Oklahoma. His passing was in the Clinton General Hospital, October 27, 1958, having lived 49 years, 4 months and 3 days.
He is survived by his wife, three sons and two daughters, Robert Dean of Lancaster, California; Virtus of Spearman, Texas; Auda Goode of Sweetwater; Leouanne Hyman of Crawford; and Rodney of the home address.
He leaves behind five grandchildren, his mother, three sisters and four brothers.
Besides these he leaves alot of friends.
During the time he was confined to his bed because of this illness, he bore his trouble with a smile and was always kind and considerate of others.
M. C. Jackson and A. L. Martin officiated at the services which were held at Crawford.
Committal was in the Silent Home cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
