Zane Beebe was born March 17, 1928 in Roll, Oklahoma to Hazel and Worth Beebe.
He passed away July 20, 2009 at Amarillo, Texas at the age of 81 years, 4 months and 3 days.
Zane graduated from Crawford High School.
He was married to Pauline Weeks at Sayre, Oklahoma on October 11, 1947.
In 1948, Zane began his career with Phillips Petroleum in Borger, Texas. They lived in Borger until he retired in 1985.
They traveled for a year before moving to Amarillo in 1986 to make their home.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one brother, Wayne Beebe; and one sister, Evelyn Wright.
The family will receive guests at the home of Dennis Beebe, 6303 Rutgers, Amarillo, Texas 79109.

He is survived by his two sons, Dennis Beebe and wife, Sandra of Amarillo, Texas; and Danny Beebe and wife, Sabrina of Yukon, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Jeff Maynard and wife, Tiffini of Amarillo, Texas; Christi Beebe of Amarillo, Texas; Tanner Beebe and wife, Ashley of Weatherford, Oklahoma; Trevor Beebe of Yukon, Oklahoma; and Katie Beebee of Yukon, Oklahoma; three great grandchildren, Rhett, Jake and Will Maynard, all of Amarillo, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held July 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are under direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service of Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
