Charles Frederick Walker

Charles Frederick Walker of Cheyenne died Sunday in the Cheyenne hospital after an extended illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Baptist church in Cheyenne with Rev. Merle Andrews and Rev. Eldean Weiss officiating.
Born November 16, 1891 at Plainview, Texas, Mr. Walker was married to Myrtle Lee Kerbie in 1916, at Leedey. They came to Strong City in 1925 where they resided until 1934 when they moved to Cheyenne.
He is survived by his wife of the home and two sons, Doyle of Cooperton and Fred of Hammon.
Burial was in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Scroggins and Son.
