Lew Mabry Savage

Lew Mabry Savage, Sr., 68, of Route 5, Stuart, Virginia, died Thursday, December 19, 1985, at his home.
He was a native of Hammon, Oklahoma, born December 4, 1917.
He was a veteran of World War II, a retired salesman and a former employee of WHEO Radio in Stuart.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Kathleen Savage of the home; a son, Lew Savage, Jr., of Dallas, Texas; and two daughters, Mrs. Judith Ellis of Nashville, Tennessee; and Mrs. Mary Martha Davis of Torrance, California.
Also surviving are three sisters, Margie Heeney of Topeka, Kansas; Lorena Males and Glena Belle Crane of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; two brothers, Ted Savage of Ada, Oklahoma; and Eugene Savage of Cheyenne; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A memorial service was held Saturday, December 21, 1985 at Howell Funeral Home. The Rev. David Sparks conducted the service.
Burial for Lew Savage will be at Red Hill cemetery, Hammon.
