Funeral services for Gretta Lackey will be conducted Saturday, April 26th at 2:00 p.m. from the A. G. Creach Auditorium in Hammon with Rev. Juanice Parkhurst and Bro. Dwight Holland officiating.
Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home.
Gretta Faye Lackey was born August 30, 1932, at Mangum, Oklahoma to C.C. and Laura Yarber Moler and passed away Thursday at the age of 64.
She lived in the Hammon Community her entire life.
Gretta was married to Paul Lackey on January 17, 1950 and she has worked in the Hammon School System for the past 30 years.
Her life was made complete by being a wife to her husband, a mother to her children and a grandmother to her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter and one sister, Voncille Maddox.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Lackey of the Hammon home; six children, Paulla Piercey of Hammon; Billy Wayne Lackey of Hammon; Kathy Thomas of Reydon; Peggy Linville of Hammon and Curtis Lackey of Hammon; thirteen grandchildren; two sisters; Mary Maddox of Sentinel and Twaile Henley of Rogers, Arkansas and three brothers, H. R. Moler of Cheyenne; Bill Moler of Elk City and Wally Moler of Erick.
