Rook, Darlene S. Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, 79 of Midwest City went to be with our Lord April 26, 2013 at her home of 54 years.

Born June 16, 1933 in Los Angeles, California to William Strong and Lorene Lundy. Longtime member of the Wickline United Methodist Church and since the 1960"s has been meeting with a group of friends called the Antique Club, and a member of the Bell Ringers. Darlene loved working in her herb garden and spending time with her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents William, Lorene and Step Dad, Bob.

Darlene is survived by her husband Charles, daughter Cheri and son Bobby, grandchildren, Chazlen, Christina and Brian.

Funeral Services will be held Monday April 29, 2013 at 10:00 at Wickline United Methodist Church in Midwest City followed by a family dinner and then graveside service at Cheyenne Cemetery.
