Clyde Maple Kelly

Clyde Maple Kelly was born February 15, 1906 in Beaver county, near Logan, Oklahoma, to Nannie Lee and Bismark Kelly. He passed away February 6, 1959 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma at the age of 50 years, 11 months and 22 days.
 

He accepted Christ as his Saviour and was baptized into the Baptist Church at Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
 

He was united in marriage to Eula Dean Bachelor on February 2, 1931 at Beaver, Oklahoma. To this union were born two children, Audrey Charlene and Larry Ross.
 

He moved to Beaver, Oklahoma in 1927 where he resided until 1940 when he came to Cheyenne.

He was united in marriage to Mary Lou Bradford on October 1, 1941. To this union two children were born, Lela June and Betty Jo. He was stricken by illness in May, 1957 from which he never fully recovered.


He was a loving father, a devoted husband and an understanding friend.
 

He is survived by his wife, Mary, his daughters, Mrs. Charlene Atkinson of Dighton, Kansas, Lela June and Betty Jo of the home, and a son Larry of Towner, Colorado; two brotghers, Claude of Gentry, Arkansas and Homer of Bentonville, Arkansas and homer of Bentonville, Arkansas; four sisters, Mavis Bailey of Ponca city, Oklahoma, Muriel Jackson of Oklahoma City; Daisy Evans, Plains, Kansas, and Ila June Spaulding of Towner, Colorado; four grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
