Mollie Frances Culp Hulsey

Mollie Frances Culp Hulsey was born October 8, 1862 in Pettis County, Missouri, and died August 20, 1942 at El Reno, Oklahoma at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 12 days.
At the time of her death she was making her home with her nephew, James F. Culp.
She was united in marriage to Charles Hulsey May 12, 1898. He preceded her in death in 1925.
She then made her home with her sister, Mrs. Mattie Dodson, and for 16 years she and Mrs. Dodson lived together until the death of Mr. Dodson in 1933. Since then she has lived with her nephews and nieces.
Aunt Mollie, as she was called, had lived in and near Cheyenne for the past sixteen years and had a host of friends who will greatly miss her.
She was a faithful member of the Baptist Church.
She leaves to mourn her three sisters and one brother, Mrs. Mattie Dodson of Cheyenne; Mrs. Ada Tyson of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Maggie McGee of Lebanon, Oklahoma; and R. E. Culp of Cheyenne.
She also leaves a niece, Mrs. John Varnell of Cheyenne; and nephews, Rube and Everett Wood of Cheyenne; R. H. Dodson of Herring; and James F. Culp of El Reno, Oklahoma.
Funeral services were conducted by Mrs. Clara Felder at the Nazarene church in Cheyenne Friday, August 21, 1942.
She was laid to rest in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma beneath a mound of flowers.
Tunnard Funeral Home had charge of the burial.
