Vernon Wayne Calvert was born April 2, 1952, in Elk City, Oklahoma.
He was dedicated to God by his parents at the age of three weeks in the Cheyenne Methodist Church.
He budded on earth and is now a beautiful blossom in Heaven.
He passed from this life November 18, 1953 at the age of one year, seven months and sixteen days.
He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Randall Calvert; one brother, Eugene; one sister, Juhretta Anna of Durham, Oklahoma; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. O. K. Isbell of Cloud Chief, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Calvert of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Mrs. R. F. Isbell of Cordell, Oklahoma; W. A. Mattlage of Cloud Chief, Oklahoma; Mrs. R. A. Calvert of Cheyenne, Oklahoma; Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Little of Lawton, Oklahoma; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Burial in Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
