Tommy Lee Shirley, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Lester Shirley died at 11 o'clock Sunday morning, October 25, 1942 after being accidently wounded from a gun shot which occurred earlier in the day.
He was born January 19, 1935 in Hobart, Oklahoma.
He was seven years old at the time of his death.
He is survived by his parents; one brother, David; and one sister, Dorothy May; and many friends.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 at the Methodist church at Berlin. Rev. R. F. Dennis officiated.
Interment will bre made in the Berlin cemetery, Berlin, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma by the Littrell-Scroggins Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are M. Carter, Iva McCraw, Clarence Ewton and Elmer McCraw.
