Services for Henry F. "Hank" Neal, 78 year old Berlin community farmer of Sayre, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Baptist church in Berlin with Rev. Pete Elliott and Rev. David Hollingsworth officiating.
Mr. Neal was born November 12, 1876, in Kansas and died in a local hospital Thursday, March 7, 1957, after an illness of several weeks.
He was married in 1904 to Blanche Miller at Chandler and came to the county in 1909, settling in the Berlin community where he had resided since that time.
He was a member of the Baptist church and a past member of the Woodman lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. H. F. Neal of the home; two sons, Leonard of Long Beach, California; and Ozell of Sayre, Route 1; one daughter, Mrs. Vesta Bruce of Elk City; three sisters, Mrs. I. W. Rush of Beggs, Oklahoma; Mrs. Ethel Ericksten of Bentonville, Arkansas; and Mrs. Mollie VanCleve of Denver, Colorado; two brothers, Holly of Grimes, Oklahoma; and Carl of Texas; five grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.
Burial will be in the Berlin cemetery with Savage Funeral Home directing arrangements.
