He was preceded in death by grandparents, Howard Caswell and Margaret and Guy Dunlap.

He is survived by his mother, Debra Morris of Elk City, Oklahoma; his father, Jimmy Dunlap and wife, Linda of Berlin, Oklahoma; one brother, Drayton Dale Dunlap; nephew, Dyson Dale Dunlap, both of Berlin, Oklahoma; grandmother, Samie Caswell of Elk City, Oklahoma; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives and friends.

Services will be held Monday, June 18, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Antioch Christian Church officiated by Danny Ringer and Jeff McDowell.

Burial will be at Berlin Cemetery under the direction of Whinery-Savage Funeral Service.
