Lou was born December 3, 1940 at Rattan, OK to Elmer Lee and Cora Lee (Stowe) Colley. She passed from this life October 1, 2008 in Rattan, OK at 67 years of age. 
Lou was a life-long resident of Rattan and worked as a nurse aide. She loved reading. 

She is preceded in death by her parents: Cora Lee & Elmer Lee Colley, one brother: Ronnie Colley, 2 brothers-in-law: Bob Armstrong & Ray Johnson. 

Lou is survived by two brothers: Robert Colley & wife Nita of Broken Bow; Roy Colley & wife Judy of Rattan; six sisters: Lillie Armstrong of Rattan; Mary Johnson of Noble; Joyce Chappell & husband Burl of Broken Bow, Stella Rowell & husband Bob of Noble; Trelma Joslin & husband Wayne of Rattan; Darlene Rogers & husband Darrell of Texas; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces & nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.
