Jo Gail Spruell Thompson, 57 of Clayton, Oklahoma passed from this life on January 4, 2015.

Jo was born in Antlers, Oklahoma on October 17, 1957 to Billy and Lou (Davis) Spruell.

She is proceeded in death by father Billy Joe Spruell.

She is survived by a significant other Steve Whitside; her mother, Lou Ellen Spruell; son, Chris Spruell; son, Jason Spruell; daughter, Brandy Buchanan.

Pallbearers include Johnny Spruell, Jackie Spruell, Ronnie Spruell, Chad Spruell, Josh Spruell, and Kelly Spruell.

Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday 7, 2015 at the Sardis Community Building with Gary Fuller officiating.

Interment will follow at Spruell Family Cemetery under the direction of Burkhart Funeral Service of Clayton.
