Lou Rena Billy, 66, passed away October 17, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born May 30, 1949 to Harvey Tom and Ethel (Sherred) Williams in Finley, Oklahoma.

Lou married Stephen Watson Billy Jr. April 3, 1971 at the Old Cedar United Methodist Church. She earned a masters degree in Psychology and worked as a licensed professional counselor for many years. Lou enjoyed playing basketball and softball in her younger years. She loved spending time with all of her grandbabies and her family.

Lou was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Edna and husband Bennie L. Gibson, Elsa Battiest, Laura Willie; brothers: Harvey T. Williams, Mose Williams; grandmother: Rena Pearl Sherred; and aunt: Rebecca P. Noah.

She is survived by her husband: Stephen Watson Billy Jr. of Finley, Oklahoma; sons: Mark Webster Orin Billy of Bloomington, Indiana and Steven Wayne Billy and wife Rosa of Finley; brother: John Dixon Williams of Crystal, Oklahoma; sister: Norma Choate and husband Andrew of Finley; grandchildren: Tylar Christian Billy of Las Vegas, Nevada, Titus Wayne Billy, Gabrielle Vionne Billy, Christian Chase Billy all of Finley; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Lou will be at 2 PM Wednesday at the Burkhart Funeral Service of Antlers chapel with burial following at the Finley Cemetery. Reverend David Wilson will be officiating the services. Pallbearers will include: Terry Dean Miller, Linda & Don Thomas, Claudia & Sammy Joe Rymel, Steven Wayne Billy, Titus Wayne Billy, Rufus Eyachabbe Jr., Patsy & Gabby Eyachabbe.

Family night will be from 7-8 PM on Tuesday October 20, 2015.
