LEONARD TALLEY SERVICES HELD WEDNESDAY
 
Leonard Jefferson Talley, a resident of Antlers, died in the Antlers Nursing Home Monday at the age of 82.

Born February 15, 1898 in Greenville, Texas, he was a resident of this area most of his life.  Talley was a retired bus driver and a member of the Souls Harbor Church in Antlers.
 

Surviving him are his wife, Lola of the home; three sons [info omitted]; five daughters [info omitted]; one brother, W.O. Brown Yuma, Arizona; two sisters, Viola Harper, Antlers and Besse Ledgewood, Tishomingo; 40 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
 

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Souls Harbor Church with Reverend Norman Shuman officiating. 

Interment was in the Darwin Cemetery under the direction of the Mills and Coffey Funeral Home
