Patricia Carol Cogburn, 77, passed from this life October 18, 2020, in Durant, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 14, 1943, in Brazoria, Texas, to James Elick Brumfield and Mattie Ola Mae (Davidson) Brumfield. She worked as a seamstress for most of her life and was an avid quilter. Patricia also enjoyed raising dogs and fishing. She cherished the time she had with her family and friends. Above all else, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Patricia is preceded in death by her father: James Brumfield; mother: Mattie Brumfield; son: Richard S. Cogburn; and grandson: Chase Stephan Ammerer.

She is survived by her ex-husband: Richard L. Cogburn; children: Roger Cogburn and wife Helen of Tyler, Texas, Kerry Cogburn and wife Sonya of Antlers, Oklahoma and Levi Dunlap and wife Elizabeth of Hugo, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Court, Colton, Abigail, Kahlan, Keeva, Paula Joann, Christopher, Dusty, Brittney, Dillon, Danielle, and Austin; 9 great grandchildren; as well as numerous other family and friends.

Graveside services for Patrica Cogburn will be held at Darwin Cemetery, Thursday, October 22, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Kenny Cogburn will be officiating. Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers, Oklahoma.
