Oklahoma City resident Jeanna Marie Smith, 22, passed away Sunday, June 20, 2010 at her home. She was born Feb. 15, 1988 in Oklahoma City to Kelly Smith and Bobbie Murdock. She attended school high school at Northwest Classen in Oklahoma City.

Jeanna was an active participant in a developmental program to encourage young adults to continue their educational goals. She loved music, poetry, writing, going to concerts, and spending time with friends, family, and her nieces. She was a member of the Sac and Fox Tribe.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Parnacher; and her mother, Bobbie Jean Murdock.

Survivors include father, Kelly Smith of Binger, Okla.; sister, Jessi Fillmore of Oklahoma City; brother, Jason Murdock of Oklahoma City, one great-grandmother, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and friends.

Service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 29, at Chapel of Walker Funeral Service. Service is under the direction of Walker Funeral Service.
